How to disable a question on Sense 2

On Sense 2, how do you disable the 1st question when you look at watch ‘did you have any cravings?’ It is very frustrating

thanks for coming back, every time I look at the watch I always get the attached question on my watch, which is frustrating, can you please advise how to rid of this?

Had the Fitbit for 2 months now and not really used the sense 2 to its full potential. Everytime I look at watch and that question is always first thing I see. I look forward to your response and thank you for your time.

Must be to do with the watch face, have changed it and now it’s gone.
