How to disable phone mirroring on iOS?

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Is there a way to turn off phone mirroring on iOS/iPhone so that my iPhone's do not disturb (DND) won't affect my Fitbit and that my Fitbit Versa 4 will still vibrate for a notification even with my iPhone silenced (thus allowing me to manually put the Fitbit's own DND on when I'm ready for it)? I did this on Android OS's Fitbit app before but I can't see where to turn off phone mirroring on iPhone- apparently Apple Watches can do this so the functionality exists, but can my Fitbit on iPhone?

Hi @wukanmu2.  I haven't actually tried this, because I rarely use DND, but this is the path that is listed:

  • Tap on your iPhone Settings
  • Scroll down and tap on Focus
  • Tap on Do Not Disturb
  • Tap on Apps
  • Tap on Add Apps
  • Select Fitbit

You can also set a DND schedule on this page if you want one. There is a similar setting in the Sleep focus, which I use and allow some people.

I also want to point out that this path is on iOS 18.7.1.  I haven't upgrade to iOS 26.
