I want to switch off AZM vibrations on my Sense 2. To do this I understand i need to select an exercise in the watch and then switch off for each exercise. However when i click on the Exercise app on the watch, the screen turns blank.
I don’t need the Exercise app to work other than to have the ability to switch off AZM vibrations.
---
i forgot to add that i have updated the app, reset the watch twice, disconnect the watch from the app and reconnected it again….
Moderator edit: clarified subject.

Hi @HG11. Welcome to the forums.
Thank you for providing this information regarding this difficulty.
Please confirm that you have restarted the device as indicated here: How do I restart my Fitbit device?
There are two set of AZM notifications: Heart-zone notifications during an exercise and weekly Active Zone Minutes notifications. To turn them off, please give a try to the instructions shared in this thread, which can also be found in this help article.
On the other hand, if you want to change your daily goal, follow these other steps:

Hi
Thank you. Yes I have restarted.
i can’t follow the instructions as i can’t select an exercise - the screen goes blank when i click on ‘exercise’ unfortunately. Then the clock comes back on.
It never used to vibrate constantly with ‘active zone’ accomplishments.
