How to turn off Active Zone Minutes notification on Sense 2

Does anyone have any suggestions how to stop receiving “Active Zone” notifications on my sense 2.  I have talked to customer support 9 times and they can’t help.  I returned my original sense 2 and got a replacement and the second one is doing it too.  I have gone into exercise, clicked on an exercise and turned off heart rate notifications.  Under “goal reminders” I have that turned off too.  I’ve increased my daily active zone minutes to 500 and still get the buzzing notification.  Only when I’m playing pickleball, but always in the middle of a point.  Thank you and hope someone can help.

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Bobby2234.

Thanks for informing me about this situation with the Active Zone Minutes notifications on your Sense 2. I appreciate your efforts on trying to get this improved.

Did you try to turn it off in your Sense 2 settings and in the exercise app? Since you need to turn it off in each exercise, it might be you have it on in the 'Run' exercise but in the 'Threadmill' one you have it on.

You can check how to turn them off in this article, in the part 'Can I turn zone notifications on or off on my Fitbit device?'. I'm positive this will help you.

Yes, I went through every single exercise and turned them off. Today I went for a walk and after about 15 minutes I get a notification saying “active zone minutes reached 4x. This is driving me crazy.

I'm in the same boat Bobby. Ever since the update; even with all things turned off, I still got notifications that I'm active. I hate it & annoyed by it.

I've tried everything also to stop ot, but it won't turn off.
