Weeks ago I reported that my floors count was way off and was told it's a change in atmospheric pressure. I have not recently traveled to the moon. No changes that would meaningfully change my floor count by hundreds of floors per day. I was asked for my account email and some other identifying info and since then left to wallow in my pile of unearned badges. I would think a truly smart watch would ring a bell somewhere in the system if my activities change so dramatically from my established normal. When one feature fries, it make me questions the accuracy of all the features. Is this sporadic? I have read that others have had the problem and there is no solution. The watch was still under warrantee when I reported it, but no further communication has lead me to resolution or next step. Any work arounds that others have figured out, divide by pi for the right count??? Just kidding on PI, but maybe there is something that would help me figure actual floors out. Thanks for thinking with me.

Hi @Seadaroma - this is a watch fault and they should have replaced it already under warranty.
The floor count is only for information only and doesn't affect other measurements.
Only if you find yourself going round in circles will PI possibly be useful ! lol
If you want to check, pull down on the watch face and tap Settings, About Sense 2, System info to see your warranty start [activation] date.
