I have tried everything, uninstalling and reinstalling the app, using the app on another phone, connecting my old smart band (Charge 5)… and nothing!
In the app on my iPhone there is no option to add my calendar, nor configure Alexa. And when I installed the app on my old Android the app shows more settings options, but no option allows me to manage the apps that the watch already has by default.
I am very frustrated, I have only had the watch for 4 days and I am not happy because I can't use it with all the functions that it is supposed to have.
Please help!

Im not sure how things work on ios but you should be able to add the Google Assistant. Alexa has never been supported.
As for apps, google is making changes, but calander i would be surprised if this was rrmoved.

I use Android, so this may be different. The Sense 2 supports Alexa. I believe that is the only assistant it supports. to get to the settings, again this is on Android, tap in the upper left corner where the battery indicator is in the Fitbit app. Then, Tap on your device. It should take you to a screen that looks like the image below.
You should see an icon for Amazon Alexa, and you can tap on that to configure it.
Under the "General" heading tap on Notifications. From there you should be able to list your preferred calendar, email, and messages apps. You will also be able to add additional notifications in that area.
I apologize if this is no help on iOS.
