My fitbit sense 2 does not show the find my phone option when I sweep left. Any ideas?

Hi @Wrisaj
Check and see if “Find my Phone” is installed on your Sense 2.
1. In the Fitbit app on your phone, tap the upper left-hand icon (battery percentage).
2. Select your Sense 2.
3. Choose Gallery.
4. Tap Apps.
5. Select Find my Phone.
From there, you can install the app within your Sense 2. Once that process is complete, your Sense 2 will be able to ping whatever device you have connected. While the app likely won’t help you find a truly lost device, it does come in handy more than we’d like to admit. The app was not installed by default on either of our Sense 2 devices.
Hope this helps!

Hi @Wrisaj - the find my phone is the only app that is not installed on the phone by default for some reason but if you follow the help from @ExAlaskan you should be able to install it.
However if the phone loses connection with the watch which it may well do, or is too far away, the watch app will not be able to reach the phone.

@Wrisaj I also want to point out that you find your apps on the Sense 2 by pressing the button. You see your tiles when you swipe left/right on the Sense 2 screen. Find Phone isn't on a tile.
You swipe left to find apps on the Sense.
