I have recently brought a sense 2 after my verse 3 broke. I use to swipe down to read notifications when I was exercising but I can't on the sense 2. The toggle is off for quite mode and I have done many resets. Not done a factory reset but it has been like this I brought it. Any ideas? I need to see my daughter calls me when out walking the dog.

If I remember correctly, you need to swipe up from the bottom instead of the top.

Hi@cmc2110 and @DramaQueenDiva. Thanks for stopping by, I hope you both are doing well.
Let me help you with the navigation on your Sense 2.
As @DramaQueenDiva says, you need to swipe up to check your notifications:
You can find a full explanation about how to navigate on your device in our help article How do I navigate my Fitbit device? below the section Sense 2 and Versa 4.
I hope this information will be helpfull to answer your inquiry. Have a nice day!

The way to view notifications while in the midst of recording an exercies is to click on it the moment it shows up.
To view past notifications during the exercise, one would have to double press the button to bring up the quadruple shortcut and click on the notification icon, then one can view all the notifications that was received.
