I can't turn DND or sleep mode off on my Sense 2

Is anyone else have issues turn off DND and Sleep Mode? They both on and I can turn them off

To be honest, I haven't heard anything like that before, so let's try some basic steps. Please try restarting your watch as a first approach. You just need to hold the button down for 10 seconds.

Yes, I saw my watch was at 32% battery and I decided to place it in the charger.  After a while I went to check and saw the watch had gone down to 20 something % battery and had DND and Sleep mode together.  I tried a restart to no avail. Did a hard restart and got the red X, but also to no avail.  I did a factory reset, but strangely, watch came back to my default watch face, and the firmware version was the same.  I thought it might be fixed, but soon, the firmware upgrade screen appeared, but it wasn't moving much and the battery was down to 19%, so I did a restart given it's supposedly at the latest version, got a red X.  Once its back up, I did a sync, and verified firmware was the latest on the app and watch, but soon firmware upgrade screen started going again.  This time the battery was down to 10%, but I saw the bar move ever so slowly, and decided to let it finish, as those reboot cycles seem to drain up the battery.  Eventually the supposedly firmware upgrade finished, watch rebooted and the DND and Sleep are not on anymore, and the watch battery was at 58%.

I might have re-paired it in the midst, don't remember as I seem to have performed a hundred steps during the process.

I don't know what happened, why it happened, or why the battery percentage jumped all over the place.  I am just glad it came back up since in a few instances, it looked like it was bricked.
