I cannot get my Sense 2 to update 2 days’ worth of heartrate nor sleep.

I have synced several times, have held down the button for 15 seconds to restart, and I have also changed clock faces to no avail.  Today is Sunday, and my app shows nothing for heartrate nor sleep for Friday or Saturday.  I feel certain that the watch has picked up this information.

How do I get it to show on the app?  After restarting today, the heartrate shows the past 30 minutes or so, but is blank for all of yesterday and Saturday.

Hi @WhystleStop - some watch actions can clear the data from the watch, such as Shutdown.

That said the app can also glitch, so to refresh it try the following 

Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.

Make sure that no other devices with the Fitbit App running are on.

Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.

Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync again. If there is no data appearing Fter several hours it may be lost.

Also note there is a syncing problem if you are on firmware 194.61, see that thread.

My sleep and heart rate have not been logged since last Friday. Today is Tuesday

My sense 2 also is not showing my sleep, heart rate and the time is stuck at 11:57. Help

I did everything you posted, and that information is just lost.  I wish I knew what happened.

Notice today at 1:30 AM that I did not have information for most of yesterday afternoon and none of last night at all.  Tinkered with it until 2:30 and the heartrate started again, but the gap is still there.  What could be making this happen?  Looks like I have version 20001.184.52
