I cant find youtube music to set it up - sense 2

I have just purchased the sense 2 and it came from amazon us, i cant find the app of youtube music to install it. 
i looked in the app gallery and nothing shows, searched it by name, still nada. 

kindly advise

Hello @Zongbfc and welcome to the Community.  Your Sense 2 has the firmware from when it was manufactured.  YouTube Music got added in a firmware update later.  Most new users get firmware updates 24-48 hours after setting up a new device.

Dear @LZeeW thank you for your insight, 

for clarity, the app asked me to update instantly to complete the setup, i hope the firmware update you are talking about is different from that one.

it is also weird that it is not available in the app gallery website for fitbit. 

i will wait for 48 hours.

@Zongbfc   I don't have a YouTube Music account, so I started tapping in my Fitbit app.  Please try the following:  Tap on your device/battery icon in the upper left of your Fitbit app.  Tap on your Sense 2 tile.  Is there a YouTube Music icon in the top two rows?  If so, tap on that and the next page has the steps to download the YouTube Music app to your Sense 2.  It looks like that will take you to the Gallery to get the app.

YouTube Music is on version 210.26.

But shouldnt the website of the gallery be irrelevant of the update version ? For exmaple there are many apps that are not compatible to sense 2 but they still show, except for youtube music.

@Zongbfc  You got the first firmware update, but not all of them.  You need version 210.26.  A similar thing happened to me when I gave an old Fitbit to a family member.  They got some updates in a day, then the rest a few days later.

I also moved your post to the Sense 2 forum, a better fit for your question.
