I got the watch mid July and I've had it on day and night since then. End of August it told me that I did log enough sleep.... Now ditto for end of Sept. I'm not even sure what a sleep profile is, but supposedly you get a profile if you sleep with the watch on for about half of the month.
I have a somewhat consistent bed time, and I get up at about the same time each day. I have the time filled in on the app for those times. Usually it tells me that I've slept about 6.5 hours. But I wake up a lot (ankle pain and neuropathy, which is why I walk with a cane). I believe that some of the sleep measurements don't register unless I can sleep more than 3 hours with no waking. A few times it has not logged my sleep for the first 2 hours or the last 2 hours.
Any hints or comments? BTW because I walk slowly I usually don't fit their definition of exercise or taking a walk. They need a category for vacuuming the house.

Hi @LOIj ,
I thought I would just provide a little more clarity. Sleep Profiles actually are calculated every 30 days, so you should have a new one for September now.
As far as the sleep, you can always edit your sleep log .

Thank you for answering. I did edit my sleep after reading your comment, for last night. I successfully changed it by 2 min just as a trial. I successfully changed it once in the past, however other times I've tried to change it, the change was rejected because it says a sleep was already logged. As for the monthly report, nope. Sept 1 and Oct 1 i had a message that I didn't log enough sleep/nights. But I actually did, except for one night which showed zero sleep.
I don't really need to know how I've slept, but it is interesting to compare how I feel with what the app reports.
