I don’t receive WhatsApp messages on my Sense 2

I no longer receive my WhatsApp messages on my Sense 2. I’ve checked my settings and the setting for receiving WhatsApp messages is enabled. Could someone please advise on what to do?

Thank you so much for letting us know that you're no longer receiving WhatsApp messages on your Sense 2 and for all your efforts.

Have you checked if your Sense 2 has the Do not Disturb- or Sleep mode activated?

I suggest you try to restart your Fitbit and your phone. Then turn off the notifications from WhatsApp directly in the Fitbit app and then activate them again.
