I went to the app but this particular download does not show up in my clockfaces. it drains my battery in about four hours and I can't figure out how to get rid of it.

Hi @jankerrplunk  - as @DramaQueenDiva  says installing a new clock face from the online Gallery will change the clock face on your watch.

Also when you click the profile photo and device photo and Gallery tile you have a few options.

To download a new face, or to switch to another already downloaded face.

Once you have done either of those you will see an option to remove the face with the problem.

However it may not be a face problem as it is virtually impossible for a face to drain the battery from full to empty in 4 hours so there may be another issue.

Note: when you pull down on the watch face to get to Quick Settings you can see the current battery level.

Just download another clock face.  The old one will be removed from your device once the download is complete.

Yours is the best answe. It’s exactly what I tried plus a few other things. Ended up resetting my versa 2 and now it’s back to normal without that weird clockface.

@jankerrplunk- thanks - what may have happened is you accidentally turned on the Always On clock face.

If you pull down on the Sense 2 clock face to get to Quick Settings it is an option and can easily get turned on. A restart won't change the setting, only if it done manually, of course a factory reset also turns it off.
