I have been a Fitbit user since 2020, but I have never received any year in review email from Fitbit

I have checked my spam box. And I can normally receive weekly progress report from Fitbit every week.

Hi @deiG - this may sound obvious but did you check that the Notifications are set right, in the Fitbit App click profile photo and Notifications, it may have inadvertently got turned off.

Thanks! I have most of them on, but I'm not sure which one is related to year in review email.

@deiG- I assumed you wanted the weekly one, I have not received a yearly one either, where do you see that exists?

I've never received any year report as well, this is a repeating issue that pops up every year but Fitbit is apparently ignoring (also) this problem.
