Is there a way to sync my iphone alarm on my fitbit sense?

Hi @dschmidl - there is no sync such the alarm runs on the watch without the phone.

Though depending on the way the phone alarm works you may get a notification on the watch if it is syncing when the phone alarm is triggered.
