ISSUES WITH MY SENSE 2 AFTER LAST UPDATE.

HI,

I recently did the latest update on my Sense 2 watch.

Ever since that, my watch battery doesn't last as long.  In the begging (a couple of months ago) the battery would last 7-9 days. after the update - it lasts between 5-7 days, no more.

Also, the watch started ti act erratically. It will suddenly restarts itself with no warnings.

Any suggestions?

I had issues also - and 2 days after update my 2 month old Sense 2 went into sleep mode and wouldn’t respond even after restarts.  Finally a call to Fitbit where I reached a caring agent - he had me remove the device from phone and reinstall it .   A quick note for all - try calling on off peak hours (late at night ?).  Make sure your app has been migrated to Google as under the new system they can’t see your records as easily .

I too am having issues with my Sense 2 - the last four nights my watch has gone into sleep mode all by itself. I have checked every setting and nowhere do I have a sleep mode set up. I've checked both the phone app and the device. It's annoying because it is going into sleep mode at 10 pm and I don't go to bed until midnight or later. Since this is a "new" issue, I was hoping maybe someone else had seen it.

FWIW I have rebooted the phone and rebooted the watch more than once and it still does it the next night. 

Any other thoughts?
