Icons show no data

I got my sense 2 yesterday the only icon that shows any data on the screen is the heart monitoring. The sleep mode does not show my sleep from last night as well as the other two icons the blue Chevron and the purple flower looking thing. How do I get them to show up with data? I see sleep data on the app but not my watch.

Hi @JesAS - one of the problems with the new V4 Fitbit App is it doesn't sync well..

Make sure that the watch is syncing fully to get the information to the watch [and also from the watch], though compared to earlier watches the information shown in the tiles is rather primitive, they don't expand to give more details.

You can pull down on the phone display to start a sync but if it is not working you may have to toggle phone Bluetooth off/on, restart the watch and possibly to get it to sync temporarily.
