Genuine question: when you’ve gotten your replacement & you selected your preferred colour, but you’ve gotten a different colour, how do you feel? Salty or appreciate that you got your replacement
I shouldn’t be feeling salty but boy I love black products.. I got a gold one instead - they said it’s due to stock left.

Hello @pwanakal and welcome to the Community. Did you get a new or a refurbished Sense 2? By Fitbit's Terms of Service, your replacement can be refurbished and you get the remainder of the warranty. Many users post that they are unhappy with a refurbished model. We all get emotional about replacement products, but I would be happier with a new one of the wrong color than a refurbished model. The Sense 2 was released in September 2022, so low stock is a reasonable explanation.

Personally I would be quite upset. After all, I choose the colour for a reason. If the device becomes faulty through no fault of my own, then why should I be forced to accept something I don't want. In this case I would personally expect the same colour in return or a full refund.
