Is it possible to get the battery replaced on the sense 2, the battery life is poor now and lasts about 2 days and seems to loose the last 50% in 12 hours.Seems a waste to buy a new watch for just a battery and to be honest If that is the case I will not be buying a replacement Fitbit

@john208 Fitbit/Google doesn't offer any repair service. I know of one US site, Joe's Gaming & Electronics. I don't have any personal experience with it.

Hi @john208 - rapid battery drain may be due to a watch fault or a syncing or configuration issue.
It is important to isolate which.
A first step is to sync the watch, restart it and turn off the phone's Bluetooth, you can also try turning on Sleep in Quick Settings. Try this for a day or so and if the battery discharge improves the watch (and battery) may be fine.
If the watch is suffering from water damage it can cause all sort of issues such as quick battery drain, often accompanied by getting hot while charging.
If the watch is damaged changing the battery is unlikely to help.

Hi,
My battery life has just decreased from charging every 4/5 days to daily, ever since the software update i was told to do last week as apparently there have been battery over heating issues, non of which I have had but now suffering from poor battery life. I've just contacted Fitbit to see if they can re tweek mine again, but was told they can't do anything. The reason I chose fitbit was for the good battery life, was much better than Samsung...now I'm not do sure.
