Is the Sense 2 worth it compared to other watches out now?

I’m looking to buy a new watch after finally getting tired of having to side load the Pebble app lol. Right now I’m torn between the Sense 2, a Garmin watch, or just going back to the Apple Watch. For those of you who have used other watches, what should i look into more seriously?

I’m really only looking for relatively okay-ishly accurate sleep tracking, battery that can last more than just one day, and customization (easy band replacements and watchfaces)

I think it really depends on what you want to get out of the watch.  Everyone has different needs, so what works for one person may not work for someone else.

Fitbit probably has the best sleep tracking, it does have some heart rate problems when it comes to sudden increase in heart rate so it takes time to pick up that heart rate unlike garmin or apple. Garmin Venu 3 is a really nice watch with a lot of features and a lot of feedback and has naps detection now (which fitbit was always able to do). Apple watch is not a fitness tracker but a smart watch that is capable of a lot more than just a fitness I don't find it as initiative and their health app is not the best in my opinion.

Fitbit cheap and good for sleep tracking and fitbit sense 2 has a continuous stress monitoring through electro dermal activity sensor  (but has a paywall for more details cannot do oxygen on demand - it is only read overnight while you are asleep)

Garmin Venu 3 is more expensive and gives you a lot more details and does track your stress levels and body battery levels through heart rate variations (but garmin isn't known for it's sleep tracking being good and venu 3 does not have a skin temperature sensor)

Apple watch can do it all but has a very short battery life and is only for an iphone and apple is about to release a new watch closer to the end of this month, we will find out details on the 12th of this month.

@rick31 it just depends on your needs. From my perspective, it's not worth the money and yesterday just confirmed it for me. I was running a trail marathon and the weather collapsed (a good thing considering the recent heatwave in the UK) so my watch started randomly pausing. It hasn't tracked nearly 20 minutes of the race and chopped the distance by 3.6km. No way to prevent rain from interacting with the screen. HR was total rubbish but I'm used to seeing it on Fitbit watches. For sports tracking, don't waste your money. For health tracking (sleep, stress) - I don't know, I don't use watches for that. So it depends on what you need your watch for.
