I've had my Sense 2 active for 84 days and I was thinking that I would see some improvements in some of the numbers, thanks to an upgrade in the technology. Unfortunately, those numbers haven't been seen yet.
The last firmware update on the Sense did seem to make the heart rate monitor a little more sensitive and I didn't have to try so hard to make sure I wasn't shaking too much to accurately measure it.
Being limited to how hard I can push in my exercises, thanks to some disabilities, my exercises have remained consistent, in terms of the types, but of course, there are definitely days when I can push harder than others, which is generally the same across the board for all athletes.
The numbers that I have seen over my 84 days with the Sense 2 are not very encouraging. Thankfully, the step counter has been consistent, as I approach my personal record of 764 days of hitting 10k steps, only 113 to go. I'm also averaging 21.2k steps during the streak, so there is definitely a consistent push in there.
The inconsistency is the most troubling. I'm questioning the improvements in the technology, which could be attributed to the cost of the hardware pieces inside, and the software's ability to read everything. I've got a lot of time on my hands, thanks to my situation and I spent a lot of time adjusting my workouts to the heart rate monitor of the Sense and I'm disappointed that the idea of doing all that work again with the Sense 2 might be needed.

My experience shows me no improvement. HR is just bad during activities (although seems to be doing a good job at rest).
