It's not cardio if you're not moving!

How is it that determining whether someone is doing a cardio workout is based solely on heart rate?

Fitbit keeps logging cardio workouts when im not even moving, im cross legged on the floor on zoom call.

Can someone let Fitbit know that an increased heart rate doesn't automatically equal cardio.

An increased heart rate can be caused by numerous things.

It is only cardio when the increased heart rate is a result of exercise.

Yet again, we see how Google has messed with how data from our fitbit's is processed and presented in the app. Not that I pay much attention to, not since they completely ruined the sleep data interpretation algorithm and metrics and ui.

I can't believe I am having to say this.
