Know issue for years-Sense 2 unable to download ECG report!

I have contacted support 2x. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, updated, shut down and restarted my phone and Fitbit. I do an ECG but can't download or share it. After looking through the boards, this is a known issue. I've been told this issue has been escalated but I highly doubt it. I never had a problem with my Charge 6. My only complaint was it didn't count stairs. So I got a much more expense Sense 2 and the more important ECG info, I can't get and my doctor wants it. Unacceptable that this device is sold and doesn't work as advertised. 

Does anyone own a Sense 2 that can download a ECG report?

Hi @Cmarrone -- We have two Sense 2 watches in our household.  We are able to download and share ECG reports with no issues.  We are using Fitbit App Version 4.28.3 on Samsung phones.  The Sense 2 watches are at Firmware version 60.20001.210.26.  We don't do anything special to use this function.  Just wanted to share so you know someone can get the ECG reports to work 🙂

Great to hear. I hope someday I can do the same. I have the same Firmware Version and Fitbit Version. I have a Samsung Note 10+. It also does not work on my husband's phone. All identical to me.
