Anyone else having struggles pushing the latest update? I can’t get it to show the clock face and a message saying to sync from the Fitbit mobile app. Seems to have lost the ability to hard shutdown.

It’s charged. Bluetooth is connected and it recognizes it.

Dozens of us judging by the other posts in this forum.

Mine has been replaced under warranty after being 'bricked' by a recent update.
