Hi can anyone help me get back into my Fitbit? It’s locked and I can’t do it on my phone for some reason

Hello there @gailydan62, welcome to the Fitbit Community!
I'll be glad to help you with this issue, there are some steps I'd like to suggest in this case:
Don’t plug the Fitbit device into the charging cable.
Press and hold the device’s button until the screen turns off, then begins flashing.
When the screen begins flashing, release the button and immediately press and hold the button again.
Wait for the Fitbit logo to appear. Once the logo disappears and the screen begins flashing again, release the button, then press and hold the button again.
When the Fitbit logo appears, release the button, then wait for the watch to complete the factory reset.
After the Fitbit logo appears, the device will show an image with a phone icon and a setup indicator. For the next steps, refer to the instructions for "How do I set up my Fitbit device?"

Hi I’ve tried all this and no results. On the screen of the Fitbit watch it says unlock with ur phone and it’s flashing red on the back of the watch
