Lost 4 Days of Data after Restarting Sense 2

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

Yesterday I noticed that my Sense 2 was still displaying my fitness data from the day before. The time and date were correct, but it was still showing my steps, active minutes, etc. from the day before. I attempted to sync to the app (on my Galaxy 21) and it wouldn't sync. I turned Bluetooth off and on, I uninstalled the app, and reinstalled-- nothing worked. Following instructions on the Fitbit website, I restarted my watch. It then was able to sync to the app, but the data from Wednesday-Saturday was gone. Anyway to recover this? Normally not a big deal, but I had a very active day on Saturday and was interested in seeing my stats.

Thanks.

Hi @Brirose - how did you restart the watch? With the button, as it shouldn't lose data?

Believe me when i tell you this will be the least of your worries.

My versa 2 ran out of warranty a day before my B-day 07/03/1975

When i say ran out of warranty i don't mean broke in anyother than the company Fitbit decided it was up.

Born date 2019/05/05

Ok so what that means is that Fitbit is garbage! They will send you an email for a percentage off next purchase! Yeah!

Thats it after multiple calls. Discussion. Etc.

Gota love it i know.

Point or conclusion

Did you ever see anything that pertained to you renting?

Did you sign an agreement?

As you do in a phone contract?

Spread the world.

There may be a long shot.

But with the right people

Fitbit(xhit) could be bits for all!

Lets see what mr moderator got on that!?
