I bought this second hand and do not have any warranty as I lack the original proof of purchase. Is there any way to purchase the metal strips so that a self repair can be carried out?
I got this watch on Vinted, its in a state because the seller scammed me, the screen is also severely damaged.
I intend to fix it, as I cannot get my money back, however one of the strips is missing, and whilst I can find replacement screens, I cannot find these little strips of metal to buy anywhere on the internet.
Has anyone found anywhere that sells them? Or does anyone know if FitBit supply them ?

Hi @Doc_Jam warranty only is given to the original purchaser or the one gifted with it, nothing for a secondhand owner. As for repairs and parts, Fitbit has never offered them for sale. You'd have to look around the internet and see if anyone out there has spare parts. Sometimes on eBay you can find used and broken Fitbits for their parts, so I'd start there.

Thanks for getting back to me.
Shame, not the answer I was hoping for as I have already spent some hours trying to find them with no luck. And I don't really fancy buying a spares/repairs entire watch for one sliver of metal. Seems a bit poor that they would not sell replacements as the issue of them falling off seems pretty prevalent in these forums.
I'll keep hunting. Thanks again for responding.
