Lost Streak

Had over 1000 days … suddenly Fitbit says I’m on day 2 but all days have 10k plus steps … I’ve restarted Fitbit, restarted app, restarted phone, etc nothing restores previous streak. Also issues with steps jumping back and forth but never got 10k and had it go back under 10k in a given day.

Hi @dzion   - this is a known issue currently affecting users - see Unreliable step counting bug  Random steps are added when you sync making you believe you reached your goal when in fact you hadn't. Unfortunately the lost goals because of this error are not recoverable.

There is nothing a user can do to resolve the incorrect step count, the only work around is to turn off Bluetooth during move hours and to do multiple manual syncs when Bluetooth is turned on again. Other measurements are affected if the steps are wrong.
