When I look at the heart rate chart on my Sense 2, I consistently see low values that never show up in the daily heart rate chart in the app. For example, this morning, I saw my lowest heart rate in the 2 hours before I woke up was 56 but in the app, the lowest point on the chart in the app was 62. I do see the highest heart rate points on the graph in the app but a lot of the time the lowest point isn't there. Why is the app missing these points? I think it is making my resting heart rate calculation higher than it probably should be.

@LindaJo13 The heart rate number in the app daily heart rate graph is averaged over five minutes. The Sense 2 screen in the heart rate tile shows two hours, but the interval isn’t available. It looks like it might be as little as one minute, the interval used in the sleeping heart rate graph that Premium users get. This is why the app peaks and valleys are smoothed out. This is a simple display difference. Fitbit records your heart rate beat-to-beat. This is the basis for the Irregular Rhythm Notifications. Fitbit uses all your detailed heart rate data at rest when calculating your resting heart rate.
