The metal charging plate on the back just came off. I have only had the sense since January

@HoneyB73 Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I understand how you're feeling as this isn't the type of experience that we want you to have with your Sense 2. I contacted our Support team to request a case for you, but it seems you already received assistance.
