Metal charging plate on Sense 2 came off

The metal plate has fallen off. I bought my Sense 2 in Dec 2022, so I don't know if that is outside the warranty. 

Itried to use the live chat support, but there is a high contact notice, and it won't load, so I was unable to try to create a ticket.

Hi @heatherleeeeeee  you really will need customer support as these are the community forums - peer to peer help on basic things. The warranty in the US is one year, unless you purchased an extended warranty.

I figured as much, but it's funny because when the customer support isn't working they tell you to post in here, but then you post in here and they tell you to contact customer support 😂  I'll just have to wait, although, it seems I may need to just buy a new Fitbit if no longer under warranty. Thank you!

@heatherleeeeeee  some European countries have two year warranties, but the US is one year. Often the members of the community know enough to help a person who posts, but there are times it's got to be customer support.
