Hi @Corrriee.  I moved your post to the Sense 2 forum.  You have a Sense 2, not a Versa 2.  Please contact Support for more help if your Sense 2 is still under warranty.  Fitbit doesn't repair devices.  Here is a link to a long thread on this topic.  You might find a solution that helped another user.
