I was outside today for several hours, and with it being summer and hot, I was sweating. My Sense 2 was doing its job, and doing it well. However, when I went to remove it for a shower after returning inside, the two metal pieces on the underside came off. They glue just, I don’t know, melted off? One of them was stuck to my skin, and I tried to put it back on the watch to no avail, but the other one was just gone. It must have fallen off and onto the wayside and I’ve yet to find it.
does anyone know how I can get a replacement for the two metal pieces, if Fitbit even offers that, and how to reattach them? My watch is EXTREMELY uncomfortable against my skin without them.

Yes. It is frustrating-
My original Sense worked for over 3 years - and stopped working - Fitbit offered me a 35% off on a sense 2 . We were about to head for Europe so I found a used one on Marketplace nearby 70 dollars . Within a few weeks both metal pieces came off. It is a design defect. When we returned in June we ordered a new one on a discount . The used Sense 2 worked fine without the metal pieces so I would like to find a broken sense 2 and change it out . If you are under warranty you should call Fitbit - if you’re not under warranty I would complain as this is a common issue .

How would I complain? Who would you suggest I contact for help? I’m completely lost on how to go about it.
