Metal plate at the back fell off

The metal plate at the back of my Sense 2 just fell off. I’m from the Philippines and talked to an help desk char agent that told me that my watch is NO GOOD anymore. Is this true? The functions are still working (I think) and just the metal plate that’s the problem. What do I do? Replacement is beyond the warranty period he said, but didn’t even assist on what’s the next best thing I could do. So frustrating. It’s still completely working and I don’t want to just ditch it because of the metal plate. Anyone from PH/Asia who experienced the same thing?

Hi @joaz - for more information see this link Metal trim on back of Sense 2 fell off

Most of the features should work normally so the watch won't need replacing outside warranty but it may be more uncomfortable to wear without the strips.
