I have an issue where doing a eda test short 2mins is flagging over 100 body responses.
I done a 10 minute and it showed 243 body responses. This has never happened to me at all before since purchase. Be mindful I have already hadd a replacement from Currys as the battery wasn't lasting long. Sometimes the eda by placing your hand on top of the screen doesn't even detect this. So I am still in warranty who do I speak to for a replacement or different model, or refund.
Thanks.

I got my charge 6 on the 12 of May from Currys. It had a few issues but knowing what Currys is like I did not even try and take it back. Reading the charge 6 forum it does appear you can go straight to fitbit as long as you bought it from an authorised dealer which Currys is. I get the impression Fitbit does not push people back to the retailer as some companies do. My sleep data does always show in the watch and the battery is not great 2 days with screen on 12 hours a day having read the forum I think my fitbit works with in the normal range. I get the impression they dont have good quality control but readily change them. Still with the 2 year fitbit warranty you get if buy from an AD like Curry's not to bad.
