I've had my fit bit for about a month. Finally toggled all my settings and got my microphone working instead of saying oops something went wrong and now after working for a month, it doesn't say that it just won't register any speech on messaging AND Alexa. Please help! Tia! Ps I've checked all the permissions and settings.

Hi @MelissaSongstad - as a first step try a simple refresh.
Logout of the Fitbit App and swipe off the active window and in Android clear the storage cache and force stop it and then restart the phone.
Restart the watch by holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start.
Login and wait for any pair, link or Fixit prompts and sync.

@MelissaSongstad - in that case probably best to chat via the Fitbit App, click profile photo, Help & support, Contact Customer support.
They can help you with a factory reset to determine if the watch has developed a fault and can be replaced under warranty but it may take weeks currently to replace it.
