I have just updated my Sense 2 with the new software update and I am not entirely unable to choose the middle stat to show when I run.
I had previously been able to go into the options, deselect everything except Distance (my chosen stat) and for that to save when I exited the options. Now, every time I deselect all the options I do not want to see (Calories, pace, Time etc etc) an dexit the list of options, when I return to it I find that all the options are selected and I have to do it all over again.
I currently have no option but to be shown all the options I do not want to see. This is unfixable even after a full factory reset.
Is anyone finding similar - and has anyone any idea how I can resolve this?

Thank you, I've tried that but no reponse and it doesn't look like it is for people to get help with technical enquiries, more to feed back generally.
Does anyone know of anywhere that Fitbit supplies any kind of technical support?

@LouCliff Here is the link to contact Support. I don't think Support will solve this issue. If it happened as a result of the update to v. 214.24, then it will likely take a firmware update to fix it.
