What does the mins above your stress management score mean ? It’s always changing throughout the day ????

High Score = Your stress level is low- A high number is better than a low number

The minutes above your Stress score are minutes the device thinks were stressful for you. If you enabled it, the watch vibrates when this happens, prompting you to note your feelings. 

iPhone 12mini/current version iOS. Fitbit Versa 3 and Apple Watch SE.
