I can't believe Fitbit, because my watch is out of warranty, and they will NOT DO anything for me. The warranty ran out on July 11; all they offered me was 30% off. When this is an ongoing problem with the Sense 2 watches, so disappointed. NEVER AGAIN WILL PURCHASE FITBIT.

Same thing happened to me! I put my watch to charge, then i noticed a metal plate on the floor, later realizing it fell off my Fitbit! I only walk with it on! How does it fall apart so easily!? The quality is not good! 
I also notice the face plate looks worn.

I will not purchase another Fit Bit watch.
They won't warranty the watch because it is past the warranty time, but if it is an ongoing issue replace it.
