Missing GPS map info after a run

I'm no longer getting my GPS map graphic displayed after a run. This portion of the exercise data takes a bit longer but usually will pop up last at the top of the screen when looking at the stats data. All the rest of the data seems to be there including distance. I've synced phone and watch and rebooted both.

What gives here? 🙄

And after doing a little search in in the community it seems this is happening across many models now and no real response from Support. This used to be a very "plugged-in" forum with good user support. What's happened here?
