Had fitbit sense for 3 days and worn constantly. I am getting no breathing rate no spo2 and no sleep data. I feel like I have done everything I can to set it up correctly but I am still not getting any where which is kinda disappointing as I have switched from garmin over to fitbit specifically for the health features.....can anyone throw any light on this

Some of the health metrics need a time period to observe and determine your baseline.  You might want to read through the information provided for each, even if you aren't getting numbers yet.  That way you will know how long you need to be wearing the watch before you see data.  When it starts reporting, it will be based on your baseline data.

I don't know why you aren't getting sleep data at all, but one possibility is that you are wearing the watch too loosely at night.  You might try tightening it before you go to bed.  You could also try setting the sleep detection to sensitive.  That is under app settings.  You won't find it with sleep settings.
