My Sense 2 doesn't track hikes and runs

Very disappointed with my new Sense 2. The tracker for running and hiking doesn't work. It stays frozen in zeros, It doesn't count the steps, distance, time, cals. I don't know what the problem is and customer support couldn't help me either. I will return it.
