My Fitbit app said that the sense 2 is syncing but I can’t seem to find it anywhere. I search for the alarm on the app and turn out it was not available. How can I set up alarm anywhere without my sense 2 device? I can’t find my sense 2. Please Help!!

Hi @Mary_Mary  - if in the Fitbit App when you pull down the watch syncs, the good news is it's not far away.

 

You can't set alarms (on the watch) from the app but you may be able to with Alexa.

I don't have an answer but I misplaced mine 2 days ago, it's somewhere around here. At least we know it's not lost. I've read there's an android app that pings it.

@Mary_Mary and @NelleC Thanks for the details and efforts while working on this situation. As our friend mentioned, if your Sense 2 is syncing that means it's nearby. Please check the link shared by @Guy_ which describes instructions on how to use a Bluetooth locator app to find your watch.
