My Sense 2 has stopped tracking distance as of yesterday!

Add me to the list...after reviewing the topic I see that this is a known problem that started over a month ago. I'm surprise theirr hasnt been an update to fix this🤔.

My Sense 2 stopped tracking distance when i walk (I start the walk exercise manually in the device) . Moreover when i run ,it shows (i start the run exercise manually)distance but the map either appears incorrect or not at all. I called the support but not much help from the team.
