My alarms stopped working last week on my new Sense 2 and caused me to oversleep twice. I looked up support on here and followed the suggestion to delete and reset the alarms. Today, the very first morning after resetting the alarms, they went straight to snooze. It wasn't just that I slept through it as I have a series of alarms and was awake to not feel the alarms at all and then they went off nine minutes after they were supposed to. I have the vibration at the highest setting and distinctly felt them when they did finally go off.

Hi @Pockets77 - others report issues with alarms.
Did you try holding the button for 10 seconds till it vibrates and the logo appears and wait for it to start, to see if that improves it.
Failing that it may be necessary to factory reset the watch and try again. This can take an hour and may possibly help.
The vibrations are quite weak regardless of setting so are easy to miss.
