My Sense 2 dies when taken off charge. I have contacted customer service and it seems to be unrepairable and will need replacing. It is just out of warranty but the best they could offer is a 35% discount on a new Fitbit 😠 This is my second fitbit, the first one was the Versa and recalled due to some overheating issues, they gave a partial refund, which I then added money to and purchased a new Fitbit this Sense 2.NEVER again will I buy a fitbit if this is the response from fitbit of a bad quality product that seems to be built to last just over the 2 year warranty period. Shamefull.

Look on the brightside. At least yours lasted that long. Mine is kaput after 16 months. It was used as an alarm clock and for contactless payments. Hardly warrants not lasting such a short amount of time.
