My experience with the Sense 2

I’m super disappointed with my Sense 2 recently purchased and would highly consider relooking at what this device offers for your money. I had a charge 4 prior to purchasing this one and would just assume have that one now instead of this piece of junk that doesn’t do anything it was advertised to offer. No Spotify No starbucks essentially no third party apps in addition to constant issues that have required Fitbit support which I never needed until I bought this. It’s highly disappointing.

Hi @Amc1220 - did you know that if you are unhappy with the watch Fitbit have a 45 day refund policy if bought direct from them or from an authorised shop perhaps, and some stores offer a 14 to 30 day one.

I bought a Garmin watch this past week. Comparing side by side, well trying to at least.  Fitbit is having readiness score and sleep tracking issues so it isn’t much of a comparison right now…
