I’ve had my sense 2 for 2 years and it never occurred to me that I should send in a complaint.
But I’ve had this issue that the touchscreen keeps freezing since the beginning. Also, recently the screen came off. The glue didn’t hold anymore. I wouldn’t recommend the Sense 2 to anyone. This probably isn’t the right place to say this, since people come here when they have issues, not for recommendations on what to buy.
My previous watch was the Versa 2 and I liked that one much better. Never had an issue until it got water-logged after 1.5 years.
