My phone bluetooth cannot connect to "Sense 2 Call"

Replies are disabled for this topic. Start a new one or visit our Help Center.

I gone through all the settings to use my sense 2 to answer calls. But it doesn't work; calls don't go to sense 2. In Connected Devices on my phone, I'm connected to Sense 2, but there is another device call Sense 2 Calls. I cannot connect to that. Could that be the problem? I have a Pixel 7. TIA

Hi @shark37 - yes you need to turn on Sense 2 calls and in the Fitbit App configure on wrist calls (note Sense 2 calls will automatically disconnect again shortly and only be used when necessary).

@shark37 - if you followed the setup of onwrist calls, you may need to delete any Bluetooth entries for the watch and turn off any other devices running the Fitbit App, then logout and restart the phone and watch.

If you don't get new Bluetooth entries made on login run the set up a device and replace, sync and try again. See also

Try going to Sense 2 page, then clicking “on-wrist calls”, make sure all 3 are checked. If so, click done, the click “notifications” and make sure calls is marked on. After that see if it works…
